Before we meet
Once you book your session, you'll receive a detailed intake questionnaire designed to help me understand your current health picture, lifestyle, challenges, daily routines, health background and goals.
You'll also complete a 5-day food and lifestyle journal, allowing me to observe not only what you eat, but how you eat, when you eat, your energy patterns, digestion, sleep, stress and the small daily habits that often reveal far more than isolated symptoms.
Once you submit the forms and the journal, we’ll schedule our 60 min. call.
During the session
This is a deep, collaborative conversation.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle science, we'll explore:
• your current daily rhythm and lifestyle
• digestive function and eating patterns
• possible sources of internal friction
• seasonal influences
• stress, recovery and restorative practices
• the relationship between your symptoms and your body's adaptive responses
You'll leave with practical priorities rather than an overwhelming list of rules.
After the session
For the following four weeks, you'll receive weekly email support as you begin implementing the recommendations.
This allows you to ask questions, reflect on what you're noticing, receive guidance when obstacles arise and make small adjustments as your body responds.
The goal isn't perfection.
It's helping you build confidence in reading your body's signals and making decisions that feel increasingly intuitive.
